These hikes are ideally suited to being intentional. The routes are manageable enough to let your mind go quiet — and the landscapes are the kind that pull you out of your own head and into something larger. They’re best walked solo, with a gentle question carried alongside and no pressure to solve it. Come with awareness of what you’re hoping to receive, move at a pace that allows for noticing, and stay open to what the place might offer back. Good hikes to arrive a little undone — and leave with more clarity than you came with.
